At VRPunks, we prioritise the legal protection of our business as well as the interests of our valued customers. The information and explanations provided here are intended as general guidance. While we are committed to acting fairly, we also ensure that these measures safeguard both customer interests and those of our company.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:  We understand that plans can change! To accommodate all our guests and ensure everyone has a great experience, we have the following policies:

  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply contact us, and we'll help you find a new time that works.

  • Cancellation: Cancellations may be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of your booking. Refunds or credits will be provided according to our policy if canceled within this timeframe via email.

  • Note: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the stated times may incur a fee or be non-refundable, depending on availability.

  • If you need to adjust the group size or type of booking with at least 7 days' notice, we can accommodate this without issue. For changes made within 7 days, we offer a voucher for future use or a date change for the entire booking. Adjustments or cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds or credits, except under certain circumstances.

  • All "Large bookings" (4+ Guests) are non-transferable and non-refundable outside 7 days notice period. 

  • Thank you for understanding and helping us provide the best VR experience possible for everyone!

Booking and Payments

  • Advance Bookings:

    • All bookings must be made in advance. We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Walk-In Bookings:

    • We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in bookings. However, if space and time permit, we will make every effort to accommodate walk-in requests.

  • Refunds:

    • For information regarding refunds, please refer to the section titled "Cancellations and Refunds" above.

User/Customer Responsibilities

  • Behaviour Standards: We do not tolerate any form of anti-social behaviour, harassment, racism, or any other conduct that we deem unsuitable for our business.

  • Consequences: Individuals engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be given in the event that you are asked to leave due to inappropriate conduct.

  • VRPunks are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect booking information and made an error with their booking.

  • VRPunks guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The cost of any damage will be charged to the booker.

  • All VRPunks guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking

Children’s Participation

  • Age Restriction: Participation is ideally for children aged 12 years and above. but if a child is taller than 4ft 7 they can participate.

  • Supervision Requirement: All children aged 16 years and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Vouchers

  • Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Validity: Vouchers must be used within one year of purchase.

  • Gifting: Vouchers can be gifted and used by friends and family.
